Some of my favorite things to buy this time of year are little stocking stuffers. You can never really overdo it… they’re always more affordable…and when I was little, this was where a lot of the traditions came from. We could always count on an orange, a new DVD, a big king-size chocolate bar, and a little box of cereal 🙂 Plus whatever else my mom wanted to throw in there… chapstick, toothbrush…??
Anyway, on top of the fun traditional stocking stuffers, it’s always fun to get a few unexpected, useful or fun items as well! Hopefully this will help give you some ideas… everything is linked below!
If you haven’t seen it already, be sure to check out the full Kid’s Gift Guide HERE!
- Reusable Snack Bag – My exact one is no longer sold, but this similar style is the newer version at Target. Better than the Stasher bags, IMO. From Target. V affordable. Must have. Get this even if it’s not going in your kids stocking. Thank me later.
- An aesthetically pleasing pop-it toy? Okay. We got Ellis the sage color and he plays with it in the car.
- Sad Animal Facts book – such a good one. She’s come out with a couple other renditions since this was first published… I’ll admit, I haven’t looked into them, but this one is so good. A lot witty and a little sad – so probably best for a more “advanced” child?
- Fav styling product for Ellis’ hair. All natural ingredients, and it works! And washes out easy.
- Tubby Todd everything! Their limited-edition holiday set looks YUM. Will definitely sell out. You can use this link for an extra 10% off your order!
- Cutest little woodland creatures toy set by Hearth + Hand. I got this for E and it is DARLING. We also have the farm animal edition and he plays with it all the time.
- More Tubby Todd – gonna get this toothpaste when I order some holiday scents this month. I also love their sunscreen, diaper paste and all-over ointment… in case you needed any other reason to place an order 😉
- The most entertaining snack container in existence. I just got this for Ellis to snack on (and keep him quiet) in church and it’s be a big hit. Highly recommend.
- Cutest 3-in-1 card game by one of our fav children’s book authors (Oliver Jeffers)!! go-fish + concentration + snap all in one box.
- Road tape for all the driving around the house… or anywhere else for that matter…
- Pretty little costume crown!!
- And a wooden camera… just because.
Happy shopping, friends!! Would love to hear what you end up getting. Tell me in the comments below what you’re most excited to gift your kiddos this year.
