Let’s be honest, stocking stuffers are usually so much easier to figure out than the big gifts. Throw in their favorite treats, some necessary essentials, something fun/unexpected, maybe a gift card or two… and you’re all set.
Here’s what I came up with that I think would be fun/appreciated to get in my stocking!
I should add right here that Sephora is running their sale through the end of today (11/15) for 10% off with code YAYHOLIDAY – if you have an account with them. It’s not too late to sign up. I included a few items from there, so worth taking advantage of the extra savings while you can!
- Mighty Patch ($7) – These little acne patches are wonderful creatures. They suck all the gross gunk out of your blemishes over night. I appreciate them so much. She won’t even be insulted if you gift these to her.
- Gua Sha Tool ($28) – I’m late to the game on these little things. Used as an anti-aging device for lifting and smoothing the skin.
- Bristle Body Brush ($7.50) – My friend Alisha introduced me to this brush. It helps promote blood circulation, detoxify and help with digestion, reduce cellulite buildup, and obviously – get rid of flaky skin. I’ve been using it before I shower for every other day for the last couple of weeks and I’m really enjoying it. My skin is feeling so much softer already.
- Capri Blue Volcano Diffuser Oil ($20) – The most popular candle scent is now in diffuser oil form! I included this along with my favorite diffuser on the Homebody Gift Guide. But in case you already have a diffuser around – this would be a great little gift she’ll start using immediately.
- Supergoop Sunscreen ($34) – I love this brand of sunscreen! So clean and fresh and unnoticeable – all things you rarely use to describe sunscreen. I’ve been wanting to get this particular one for every day use.
- Alligator Hair Clip set of 2 ($10) – These are v popular right now. 90’s is back, baby.
- Best Ever [continuous spray] Spray Bottle ($6) – Not exaggerating. If you have it, you know. I just bought us a second one to have on the opposite end of the house because I’m finding myself using it so much. If you don’t get this for someone else’s stocking, please get it for your own!!!
- Disposable Camera ($15) – I’m telling you… 90’s!!! Ok but truly this would be a really fun/unexpected thing to stick in a stocking. Maybe two? One for Christmas day and one to save for later?
- Merit Brow Gel ($24) – I just got this for myself this week and woweeee is it nice. Not gloopy or clumpy. The color is subtle, but somehow perfect? I’ve been a long-time user of the Glossier Boy Brow. Another nice brow gel at a slightly lower price point of $16… but this one by Merit goes one just a little nicer and stays on better all-day.
- Hair Towel ($22) – I need this. Not as bulky as a regular body towel, extra absorbent… stays on better while you’re getting ready or doing whatever you do while you have your wet hair in a towel.
- Scalp Brush ($12) – Ok I’m realizing I’m including a lot of self-care products. Can you tell I have a hard time spending money on stuff like this for myself? Yikes. But in all honesty, these are/feel amazing and are great for getting a deep clean in the shower. Not washing your hair for days on end was a nice trend for a while… but now having clean hair is becoming popular again, and this seems to be the tool to use a few times a week to get MAXIMUM cleanliness. And also a nice head massage.
- Laneige Lip Mask ($16) – You/the lady you’re buying for probably already has this? But you/she probably uses it every night like me and will very much appreciate a re-stock at a discounted rate 😉 and a variety of flavors!?
- Madewell Gift Card – I was going to say this would be the cop-out stocking stuffer… but actually it’s probably one of the smartest gifts to stick inside. Guaranteed appreciation from the receiver.
- CB2 Gift Card – Another nice, but perhaps unexpected gift? If you are a male reading this for your significant other – how happy she will be to see that you are in support of her spending money on household decor items. If you are a female buying for another female… you will just impress her with your good taste 🙂
- Stance No-Show Socks ($20) – The only socks I wear with my tennis shoes. Comfy and they actually stay on – which I’ll be honest, when my husband bought these for me last year, I was very skeptical of upon opening them. I’ve had bad luck with these little heel socks in the past, but somehow Stance just always seems to know what they’re doing!
Ok, that’s all I can put together for now. Between this, and all the other gift guides – there is no way you can walk away with no idea what to get anyone on your shopping list this year!!! But truly… I hope this was helpful for you guys! It sure was for me. Thanks for sticking with me. I know gifts are not what this holiday season is all about… but I also know all-too-well the feeling of obligation that can sometimes lie within these holidays. Some people are really good about shutting down expectations around gift giving, but for those of us who aren’t… having someone else help with the research every year is always nice.
Happy gifting, friends!
